All the channels available in UHD are called "4K" but that's an error, this is an U.H.D resolution

4K: 4096 x 2160

UHD: 3840 x 2160

If you want to watch true 4K, there is an test FTA @ 5°W (11634 H 29950)

I got a new TV the other day. looked at 4K and asked the sales man if it was worth the extra money, even though they were doing a massive discount. Give it 5 years he said, nothing much is broadcast in 4k but the makers produce them as they do not want to be left out when other makers produce them and the must have the latest public see them. Bit like 3d. I have a mate who got one but never watches 3d, gives him a headache.

i have the new panny 55cx802b and a old vu solo and see about 20 sats on my motor dish , on them about 6 4k test signals, even 28.2
but unless a true 4k hdmi 2.2 ( i have one in my kodi box ) you wont see a lot. I think the 4k solo thats for sale is IMHO worthless, as you prob wont get 4k on any CS and we all know HD went a while ago.

The sky Q box looks something else :) saw on a clip today. Was it me or didnt see a card? Going cardless to kill cs?
