You can get them now after a rescan or, like most will, they'll appear overnight during the 03.00 Housekeeping.

Yes, they are in sore need of a reshuffle: I've just added the new Channels to one of my Freesat boxes and the EPG is an illogical mess!

As it says in the link I posted above, the EPG will be reshuffled in the new year, and they will include a HD specific genre.
