5 plius card dosent work...

Hello,

I have just bought the origianl card for the 5 plus pakage (s_x view pakage) and my reciver is Humax 5600z ToH 3.0, the card im using is V4.1, when i put the card in the reciver, it says card is accepted but when i switch to s_x view channel, it is not working...

can some one tell me what might be the problem?

Do any of the other channels work?
What encryption are you using?
