Well I can't see anything from I26 on the spectrum. Should be a couple of degrees South at the minute.

Is anyone still receiving - 12512 H 2222 3/4. Turksat-Tani ?
i,v been looking for this transponder on and off over the weekend without any success ? -- i can adjust for the incline, but still cannot find it.

I am picking up the transponder 11721 H 2700 from Galaxy 26 - so i know i,m looking in the right place. this t.p. is very weak in the mornings ( no lock ) but strengthens and is lockable in the evenings. here in north west u.k. on 1.8 dish

I couldn't see it with the Fibo and that's got declination control. Not even a blip on the spectrum.

i was thinking my l.n.b might had a blank spot for that transponder?

Nelson I don't know if it was off or that my line-of-sight is blocked when it is in the south.

Anyway I've got it now, with the Fibo 90 (12:40UTC, and satellite at about 4.5ºN).

yes -- although it may not be lifting the dish quite enough for this sat at the moment ?
 
Satellite must be unstable. Signal is up and down like a yo-yo. Changing between 32-48% over every minute or so.

thanks again for checking this one out
i,v had the chance now to check my setup in detail --
it seems that the black pro c120 l.n.b. on the 1.8 has a blind spot for 12512 H 2222 3/4. Turksat-Tani
i hooked up the 1.2 dish to the F15 and i,m picking it up no problem - it drifts between 7.0 and 8,5 db though --


it makes me wonder what else the inverto black pro might be missing ?
its the first time i,v had a problem with it -- it generally seems good on weak signals -- and yet it has missed this quite strong one ? i,m not too pleased about this --l.o.l.

I use the Black Pro for PF dishes here (because it's cheap). Don't rate it against the Invacom though. Difference on the spectrum is pretty clear too.
 
Yeah, Black Pro is a pretty poor LNB - the converted Black Ultra runs rings around it. But looks like Invacom might be a good contender as well?
 
Turksat promo it' extremely powerful here , the signal strength touches 20 db on 0 inclination .

After 40 minutes from the peak signal (19.8 db) , i have lost it .
 
Cool getting it now -bang on the arc.
 
Hightest peak on the td88 so far 37%-perfectly watchable
