what equipment do I need to get the east beam in the UK? I want to view Varzish sport and Idman Azerbaijian these are only on the east beam.

It's rare that an Eastern beam of any satellite can be viewed in the UK without a moderate sized dish.

You will also need a clear line of site, no trees or buildings to the left of your site.

Oh, and planning permission, good neighbours, or excellent camouflage.

You are probably looking at an absolute minimum of a 2m dish. Its all guesswork tho as hardly anyone in the UK bothers with the east beams due to the difficulty of getting them.
