hi again
i,v not enough signal with the 1.2 ( roof partial blockage )
1.8 into M3 skybox gives the same result as the F 15 all scanning in and viewing ok -
your channel or transponder list is not full by any chance is it ? --- my old technomate used to show signal but not scan channels once it got to its limit - which was not as large as it was claimed !!

hi martin --
i think it might be a signal strength issue ?
if i take the 1.8 slightly off the sat until the M3 shows less than 60 quality i still have lock but no picture or sound ??

Thanks nelson, but that is a good signal on the skybox it will lock at 15/20%, I think I have had this before and I was scanning the wrong lnb freq ? I will have a look this morning.

Hi Martin, Just to tell you there is no problem with opening these channels with a dreambox 8000HD or 800se.
Signal is booming down here.

Nice to see some signals from this bird again. Well, for those who can "see" the bird in the first place.

12168 H 27500 Ive been chasing this one after a weak lock a short while ago, I have managed to lock it in again tonight but i still cant get a solid picture from it then lost it again due to cloud cover,

I will keep having a go from time to time , the mux is a bit bigger from when I was first chasing it, Is anyone getting anything from the test channels please, I was getting a broken picture from the now tagged pgm channels but nothing from the test channels.

Here in Finland no life for Ku west beam BUT definite weak signal from Ku east beam (125 gibby). Lock not even near but some life however. 12034V/12073V are "strongest". 180 pf would be enough?

I have locked both beams E/W but you have to just keep having a go at them when conditions are good, the slightest bit of cloud and the signal will go from 50/60% to 0.

In fact now here are perfect conditions, no clouds and +4C (no snow! What a best february this year). Finland is so far away from what we see on footprint. Its quite weird that I get even some weak signal.
Otherwise quite positive signals now. For e.g RTG Guinea (C-band) clearly best signal ever 6.8 dB. Cant wait for new C-Lnb:)
