I'd completely forgotten about these. I was looking for Spainsat NG II and wandered into Skynet 5D and found some SCPC narrow band FM audio channels around 7305MHz. Using AI translation, they initially appeared to all be religious monologues. I also found this frequency where a group were chatting (in the broadest sense). There were multiple participants with different signal levels and slightly different frequencies. Some talked over others.

Is this a commonly used frequency for pirates? Is it like the Satcom pirates on 255Mhz? Can you please send me a picture of the equipment you use. I would probably need just to get the LNA and LO.

It looks like it. I haven't researched the uplink frequencies but they might be UHF, given the age of the satellite's design. The first place to look is the ITU database. The standard milsat uplink band is 7.9-8.4GHz.

This thread has details of most of the equipment that I use. A few things have changed since then but the basics remain valid.
