60E's just not happening, the motor is on its limit. Thanx guys for the thanx!!
 
Thank You Piltdownpaul! Only C-band channels here so far but now I tried Ku and Yes! same 5 freq. Ok what you mentioned plus bonus 11139 Al-Mada. Wery, wery weak that 11139 and as you see guys from photo; no signal now though it locked few seconds earlier.

Not getting that now,it seems the signals have dropped off a little on the remaining channels by a few percent. I'll try again when its daylight .

thats a re-hop from nilesat... too weak here as i cant get a lock
 
Can receive 8 channels down here (Malta) from this Sat, although some take as much as 8 secs to have the picture on the screen. Silimani Tv no Modulation at the Moment. Been raining Mod - Heavy. Dish 1.2.

hi all I get nine channels on this sat 11140V is 85% quality also 11143V 80% quality,11146V 81% quality,11180V 85% quality,11184V 84% quality ,11186V 67% quality,11189V 91% quality,11191V 77% quality and 11163V at 83% quality.

I´ve now 7 different freq from middle east beam. What is 11163V symbol rate?

I think thats the low symbol rates thats the cause of that.

i think the fact that this bird is very low on the horizon for most of us in the uk also causes issues with ground clutter/rf interferance also

Is it 7690?,this is a data channel isnt it.

Ok Thanks! Thinked that i miss something (tv-channel) and flysat listed that data ch 11160V.

Btw its ok channel that Kazakh channel 7 (Sedmoi maybe means seven?). Whatever I try with 60E Spot 2 more asian beam, theres no chance to get signal here. These Kazakh etc channels are scrambled I know but it would be cool to pick up signal even once. Spot 1 quite strong here but theres not interesting channels.
 
My motor wont let me round that far, the technomate 2600 limit screw is as far round as it will go, i can reach 59.8E and i couldnt get any sniff of a signal.
 
hi zorbua my mistake its not 11163V its 11613V 3700,the channel name is Kurdsat2,getting old mate.
 
Not a whisper here.
