Locking a few channels here, one i don't see listed is 4130 H 6583 it scans in as on STB, signals is erratic, presume its from this position ?.

This is a GS stream on 4130 LHCP


you have one in RHCP on 4126.5

Here's a full scan at my location, no signs of the russian/azer beams, strong data signals even from 60.2E. There are two very powerful bumps as you can see on the high band, no lock in these (maybe other PLS transmissions)?

Your scan is KU band ?

Of course, it shows on the diagram, and I don't have Cband/KaBand unfortunately...
60.2E was a typo btw, I meant 60.3!

Another GS Streams, there are few more at this position, but according to your scan your polarization is not good (or not perfectly set), you may have a better signal in LHCP .
