hi all did a scan on this sat besides ADEN on 11174H,11062H,11498H a new channel has popped up 11683H 14999 HD1 its a pity its scrambled.cheers

hi adonis i am not sure its not on flysat or lyngsat tried today but not a lot on due to rain, if its mpeg 4 then gain is not enough to bring in a signal,may be someone else could let us know.cheers

OK , just try 10962H 5000 it's a powerfull signal .

Right now there is also a feed at 11601H 12500 , tagged as DTANG-1A

Done a scan of this and only getting 11063 H and 11176 H, with the former being quite strong on my 85cm dish.

hi CJ the only ones at the moment are 10962H 5000 at 97% quality,11063H 3100 91% quality,11166H 2500 71% quality,11170H 2200 77% quality,11177H 1100 90% quality and 11498H 4999 81% quality,others are showing quality strength but not locking.

Last week, I had my motorised td110 dish raise about 5 feet or so in an attempt to get the likes of 57E and maybe 62E.

To my delight, success was achieved with both of these to some extent. With 62E, I'm only managing to lock one transponder which is on the Spot2, European beam. The transponder involved is 11.555H, 29,700 and there is just one FTA channel, labelled as OTP, amongst the 28 that scan in.

The signal quality reading on my TM5402HD, M1, is prone to wild swings with this transponder, ranging from up to the high seventies down to below fifty when lock is lost. There are some trees in roughly the direction of the satellite and I presume that these are the cause of the fluctuations.

It's not only the trees (which may or may not be in the way), it's the fact that the satellite is quite low in the sky in UK and there is a lot more atmosphere for the signal to go through. Atmospheric conditions is what causes these swings.

If you manage to get 68.5E, the signal variations are even more intense!
