My Satellite Setup
Moterk 2100A motor on Cyfra+ 80cm dish,45'E-37.5W Technomate 6800 HD receiver(Normal).
Windows 7 and Linux.
My Location
Buckinghamshire(H.Wyc)
How do u patch a 6800HD. I had the 6.88 version now updated to 6.89 and didnt realise buy updating on TM website the Cass input would be wiped out!! can anyone help.
 
Yes, download the software from somewhere else.

will this box accept the diablo or dragon cam or any other multi-crypt cam? based on experience guys which is the best multi-crypt CAM
 
Sorry, missed your other post.

I don't suggest anywhere in particular but any of the sites hosting the unofficial software will do, its a really easy google, you just want the patch I presume.

It will accept the CAMS, but I have no experience of them.
 
I can confirm the Diablo series does work in the TM6800.

Hi Nolia, forget the Dragon and Diablo as the latest unofficial Hardware patch and softcam patch for the TM - 6800will give the same as the Cams , to find do as robbo suggests.
 
To be honest, you've more or less missed the boat, there is very little available.
 
It's okay. I am just after a CAM to use for my Al Jazeera and Cyfra Official cards. so just wanted opinions on which is the better of the 2 CAMs. The patch info I got help on that from someone else.
