Got my ka/ku combo on the 1.5 dish, is 7°E still king the same signal levels?
The loudest thing I found was 0.7W 20017R 45000 8/9 16APSK but presume you are looking at band D? If so the only scan I have is this one from 16E H. I can't work out if it was on the 1.5m IRTE or the 1.2 Prodelin.

Edit: Ignore me, I answered a question that you didn't ask. It'll be interesting to see your scans.

The pc is the next thing I got to setup, as had to build a new machine a little while ago.

My Pc Upgrade

Also looks like my dish needs some tweaking, that's a job for tomorrow hopefully.

No that should do me for now thanks, I am having problems with the signal, across the arc.

Given up for tonight and will have another go tomorrow.

Thanks for your help.

It looks like you have a couple of things to sort out before attacking the arc tracking.

Why is vertical almost 10 dB down on left in places? It suggests something amiss with the LNB.

You have a significant slope to the HF end. Is it the LNB or the cable?

The straight line on the vertical scan indicates that you don't have enough gain to overcome the noise in the card above 22.1G, vertical especially but horiz is also marginal in the dip.

I am also getting an issue with ku band, the signal is jumping around. On 28.2°E for example, the signal is 20db with the Dr hd, then the signal drops to 8 or 9 db and back up to 20db, this is happening across the arc.

... interesting scan Chris, on 7°East Ka there are no vertical signals and should show a virtually flat line apart from the slight up's and down's on the scan caused by lnbf performance issues. If you do see the red trace mimicking the blue trace especially where a captured frequency is shown then this is usually a skew problem. My attached scan is of mine which is probably about 95% set up right lol.

Aren't you clocking Bantamba TV on 21568H, chaps? Next to 21571H TPA.

OK with my TD88 dish+XMW LNB.

Well I have just swapped the ka/ku combo lnb with an invercom ku lnb and that's solved the flashing signal.

Going to swap tham back in a second to try again.

Used to get QTV Gambia 21567H, which was tight against the guardband of Bantamba. Below noise at present.

Sorry for late reply Llew, yes there's no problem receiving it, i only opened the strong one up to show Chris what the reception details were like on it. Here's the Bantamba Tv scan.

Edit: Just noticed it says 16.0° East on the graphic .... scrub that, it was def on 7° East
