Im curious whats going on there, It was 11132 H 14400 with the Wood Norton test card, then it went to a SR of 14000 with UKI 1592, now its a SR of 6000 with UKI 1904...

Thats what I was thinking EBU to 13/16e, maybe BBC to 7e... maybe AP to 16e..

Looks like the BBC perhaps moved to 7e today, the usual data carrier that hung around 12680 on 16e at the start of their transponder has gone off and its now on 7e. Awaiting to see any OBs.
