I found something on 07.0 East at around 12709H using a Promax Ranger meter but Crazy Scan, EBSPro, IQMonitor and an Octagon SF8008 all fail to register it.
There are a couple of screen grabs below from the Promax and IQMonitor.

I suppose it could be a bunch of closely stacked narrow bandwidth data streams and IQMonitor has better resolution on it compared to the Promax?
Any suggestions?

I found something on 07.0 East at around 10974V-10975V using a Promax Ranger meter but Crazy Scan, IQmonitor and an Octagon SF8008 (S2X capable) all fail to register it.
There are several screen grabs attached below from the Promax, IQmonitor and CrazyScan.

There are two similar but narrower bandwidth frequencies immediately to the right that also fail to register in IQmonitor, CrazyScan and the Octagon SF8008.
I am unable to check Flysat at the moment to see if anything is reported at those frequencies.

Any suggestions

I just did a quick check with the NS2000, the frequency of 10973V is syncing and locking using NS3 mode.
I have not yet checked the pair of adjacent narrower bandwidth frequencies located between 10973V and 11011V.

I have posted an NS2000 demodulator screenshot of the 10973V frequency in the Novelsat topic.

Yes, the Promax grab from mine as well shows the typical physical shape of a NS3 type signal. My GTM Combo doesn't capture it either.
