Used for staff training I believe. Here's a page I created 6 years ago after finding a Wood Norton test uplink, and short video clip of an interesting testcard :-)

EBU have put a feed up of the EuroTunnel entrance at Calais. No doubt wanting to capture some of the chaos after dark of people trying to board trains to the UK.
