Hello
Running a motorised set up 110cm dish

all other satellites I’m pulling 80 to 97 % signal strength
I know Nilesat is a weaker signal here in the uk I’m getting 50-55% is this the best or can anyone get any better ?
 
Sounds about right .... but Azimuth with the current Eutelsat 7A Bird is 7.3 W, so it might be worth a tweak if you really are looking at 7.0 deg.

Yes it’s around 7.3w
I take it I won’t be getting more than 55% strength
 
I doubt you'll get better results than you already have.
