7020 freezes on boot

I have external card connected to phoenix reader on my 7020. When booting box it just freezes and says "Serial Mode" on front panel and goes no further. This problem is not present when using same phoenix/serial on my 500.

Please fill in more details in your "my profile" e.g. Dreambox, image, cam, motor etc.

Are you using Gemini? Which card, emu etc. Why aren't you using the built-in card reader?
 
hello again...
i edited my profile, i hope it answers some questions...
as cam, i use gbox 2.1b...
now, the problem i encountered was with viaccess card v3...
it would stop responding after a while in the dream slots...
the solution was to use an external reader for it...
it seems to work great at 16091 Baudrate, instead of 9600...

the only problem that remains, is the one stated above...
i would like not to have to unplug/plug the reader all the time...
thats about it...
