75e ABS1

I think I am lined up for 75E ABS1 but haven't checked to see if the channels match up to the listings so maybe its another sat I'm picking up. Thats as far east as my TM 6800HD lists for satellites. With luck when Ive finished plasterboarding the ceiling tomorrow, now that is a crap job, I can have another fiddle. .

Unlikely that you'll be seeing 75E from your location, unless you have an absolutely perfect line of sight to that sat. Check your channels and see what you are receiving.

I did write down a couple to check.
LCP 12.518 V 22000.
Supreme Master 12.640 H 22000. Test Card for Media&Broadcast.
Rhein Main tv 12.640 H 22000.
Will now have a look ay lyngsat.

If you have a whole load of s_x chat channels on the same freq as Rhein & Supreme Master you are on 19E!!!

Absolutely no chance of 75 east unless you are in Folkestone, on the cliff face (and even then.....)

No way. I scanned past 19 e but it could be Intelsat 10 68.5 e.

Apart from Rhein Main isnt carried on 68.5E.

My guess is you are picking up reradiation from a leaky feeder from a nearby house that has 19E.

Many years ago friends of ours used to get free Sky Sports from a leaky feeder on a cable system in the Northampton area

Hopefully I can scan some other sats tomorrow but the TM 6800Hd only shows a signal on 75E ABS1. I went back down from 75e to 19e without moving the dish but nothing. Maybe its next doors as they are east of me but his little dish is only for Freeview.

Astra 19E:

LCP - 12522V 22000
Rhein Main - 12633H 22000
Supreme Master - 12633H 22000

If the MB card is the one with the palm tree & Arabic writing on it you are DEFINITELY getting 19E - I reported it last night after scanning Astra 1. (I can only go round as far as 53E here as a hill is in the way)

The other possibility of course is a signal reflection from some handily placed wall - it wouldnt be the first time someone has reported weird and wonderful reflections
