a c band tp is receivable over portugal atlantic coast
and north west spain region

please confirm if there is receivable
probably there with 3 meter the result was great

This satellite launched in 2008 suffered a still unspecified anomaly on 13 March 2020, and is now drifting 3.6°W/day.
Looks like raising to graveyard altitude has only partially succeeded.
