Given that most of the channels on those 3 frequencies are Persian language there is a good chance its Iran jamming them - they have form interfering with Eutelsat Persian language transmissions. A few years ago they jammed Hotbird signals.

That's true. but back in the mid 90s 7E was the main sat for Turkish tv and they did not like Med tv (Kurdish) broadcasting on the same satellite.
