Advice Needed 8W missing frequencies beIN sport MENA

Hi guys,

Since beIN sports Mena left Es'hail 1 25.5e to Es'hail 2 25.8e last year (too far), I try to received it from Eutelsat 7.3W and 8 W.
I received and lock all the 3 frequencies from 7.3W ( 53% SQ), but only 1 frequency (12604H ) on 8W (59% SQ), 11013H and 11054H are missing !

I only got minor signal with my Vu+ Duo but no lock for these 2 frequencies

Problem is the same with my 150 cm Laminas dish, (70% SQ on 12604H)

Wire and LNB are brand new...

Someone have an idea ???

Little variation showing on your nominated 3 x 'H' transponders so perhaps config/ dish-receiver problems with things there.

Anyway, good luck and please advise us if you manage to resolve.

Your IP address suggests you are in northern Italy. The powerful Italian spot beam from 5W is almost certainly wreckng any chance of getting 8W on the same frequencies.

No I'm in south of France near Marseille
But yes 5w is powerful here too, it's a possible thing... but it seems that it's doesn't affect 7.3w, I'll check it with comparing these frequencies...
Except changing dish for a bigger one, is there another thing to try ?

Yesterday I made some tests on 5W transalpine beam. There's the same frequency ( except polarization) 11013 V : I can't lock it too !
Most of the frequencies on 5W reach easily 93% SQ (10971 V 11096 H...)

11013, on 5W, is Mutistream, the other frequencies, you've mentioned, are normal.

Multistream is generally harder to lock ?

Multistream is different, requiring a suitable receiver, one with a DVB-S2x tuner

It is not necessary for the tuner to be DVB-S2x, but it does need to support MultiStream, they are different things.

Problem is the same with my Channel Master 1.8M dish (73% SQ 11.7db on 12604H nothing on 11013H and 11054H)
I only got 10971H more
