itv 4 was recently removed from the roi "bouquet" and now i have to miss david letterman:( how can i get this itv 4 in my "other channels" section?? i'd be ever so grateful!!​
 
Services 4,4 Gets you into the add channels menu.

Use the parameters

22.0
5/6

Then once its stored use services 6 to view other channels.
