A question regarding TV Tuner

My Satellite Setup
Yagi Antenna, Normal Color TV, 40 cm ku band dish
Computer:4GB RAM, 2 GHz dual core, 250 GB Internal Disk Drive.
My Location
North India
Hi there,
I noticed from website _http://www.lyngsat.com, that a satellite broadcasts these kind of TV/Radio signals:-
* Analog/clear
* Analog/Encrypted
* Digital/clear
* Digital/encrypted
* HD/Clear
* HD/Encrypted
* Internet/Interactive
* Feeds

And i am thinking to buy a "TV-Tuner card" for my PC that's cross-platform and work both on windows and linux.
So my question is that can i be able to receive all those above mentioned Signals with any TV Tuner Card?
The "TV" word in TV Tuner Card" is making me think that TV Tuner Card only process TV Signals, not Radio and local feeds.
I maybe wrong that's why i need a bit clarification.

Also recommend me latest features in a TV Tuner Card that i must look for.
 
Current Cards are Digital only - no Analogue (Not that it matters, as Analogue is all but defunct).

In order to get the full offering of HD, you'll ned to ensure that the Card is specified for DVB S2, not just DVB S.

For the full range of Feeds, you will also need to get a Card which can decode 4:2:2 signals.

As for encryption, you will need to provide a means of decryption.

Finally, "TV" included Radio.

That's great.
I don't need any means of encryption as of now since my primary focus is on FTA channels only.

One more question. Can this TV Tuner be able to receive and process Digital Data Streams too that are used for Internet Services via Satellite.
I have seen an option in DreamBox STB in which you connect that dreambox to PC via Ethernet Cable and receive and process data streams too.
Is that possible with TV Tuner too?

It's not a card issue, it's the codecs that you use with a viewing application that will allow the resolving of 4:2:2.
