Queries on hiring transponder space need to be directed to the commercial organisations operating and/or owning the satellites themselves.
EG Astra, Eutelsat, Hispasat, Pan-America Sat, and so on.
I would suggest in the first place locating those companies on the net, where you will find marketing & contact details.

This discussion-board is used primarily by hobbyists as an information exchange on the technologies and providers/channels.
