Access to HDD on DM8000

DM8000
My Location

I have setup a DM8000 with HDD, and that works OK.
But the DM's HDD shows up in "My network places", and is possible to access for anyone on the network.
Is there a way to set user rights to access the HDD?
So that you would have to enter a username and password to access the HDD? (This is the same for the "Config-files" for DM8000).

I've never done it on a Dreambox but if you're feeling brave or have a unix heart then you could telnet or ssh to the box and play with /etc/samba/smb.conf
A good place for documentation is the official HowTo at samba.org .
 
I don't have special knowledge about unix, but I looked into the smb.conf and it may be possible to set the user rights in this file.
But I don't think I'll try on anything before someone comes up with a solution of how to do this.
