Access WEB Interface from internet with permissions

Hi all!

I have a problem with the WEB Interface, permission and streaming.

When i activate the require login, streaming stop working from DreamStream and VLC. If I remove the login requirements and keep the WEB Interface plugin on port 80, everything works fine.
But I doesn't want everyone out there accessing my DM8000 box.

Is there anyone that have this to work?

Are there anyone that can succesfully stream from the Dreambox while haveing require permission for the web interfase enabled using Dreamstream?

I get it to work from VLC but i get a password promt just after loading VLC interface.

Well, it me again :-)
I guess this will work if I just create multible WebInterfaces with different ports but still streaming goes over port 8001.
Anyone know how to change the streaming port to something else thatn port 8001?

all my streaming problems were solved after I start using DreamboxManagerSuiteE2-Version1.0.0.2. It seem that DreamStream doesn't support using logon credentials.
 
Well that is good to hear abrhesus, it is unfortunate you have had to struggle through the problem alone, but that is often the cae with a hobby
