Adding Ccam 2.13 manually

Hello to all

I'm trying to add Ccam 2.13 manually to Dk 1.1 img but don't know where
to go from here I already have 2.11 installed which I got from the addon
server from Dk img. 2.13 is not on their server any help would be
appreciated

That's a very rare image so I doubt you will get many answers.

Also I guess Dk is a cable image which normally is a no no on satellite forums.
 
I think your right it's really better used for cable will change image I think
