adding extra fan 12V on Scart help please......

Dear friends,
I just bought Dreambox HD800 clone...

It has a CPU cooler on it, but seems to be very bad one, so I wanted to replace

I have different kind of fans (coolers) some of them are 5V 0.2A and some 12V 0.2A.

Which is for Dreambox please,,,,,,,,,,,,

Can I replace that cooler with a new one(notebook cooler) and I want to add another PC cooler which is 7cm x 7cm on top of the BOX and use Scart source and run my Dreambox with 2 coolers

any help please

Pin 8 of the Scart is not to be used as a current source - it only provides ~1mA. It's only a switching voltage, usually for changing aspect ratios for a TV.
 
You can just use the USB slot to connect a netbook fan (scart would not power the fan as its a video output slot). One fan is enough as it keeps the box cool, having two fans would be pointless.
 
Have a look on eBay for dreambox fan - there is an external one that connects via usb.
