Is it possible to add providers to a smart card without having a mosc.

not sure I entirely understand what you mean.
Yes, providers can be added to "hobby" cards (goldwafers, funcards and suchlike) but only up to a maximum number as determined by the particular software that is on the card. You add providers using (eg) PicBinEdit to edit the eeprom file.

Thanks for replying.
I have just programmed a seca funcard but am missing stream,what bits do need to add this provider to the card,and if it's not to much trouble how do I do this,I have PicBinEdit.

are you sure that the provider is missing? Perhaps the provider is there but the keys are not valid. If you display the contents of the eeprom file, can you see the Stream ident (0037 is the main one)?

You were right it is there, I was looking in the wrong eeprom,but why do you get two eep's?
I would still like to know to add a provider using PicBinEdit if its not to much trouble,I take it you need the ID,keys and I think PBM's.
Where do I get PBM's from.
