Well the area around the Indian subcontinent is easy - none!
Europe:

Wow! Three guys from India and all of them with 12' BUDs! Fascinating! You have no idea how much I envy you, guys! Is it a standard dish diameter in India or are they so cheap out there? How much cost such a "monster" with polarmount? Sorry for a little offtopic!

in India people use metal 12 feet dish antenna which has iron ribs the manufacturing cost is less in that antenna, generally these types of antenna's are used for C band
The cost of 12 feet metal iron made is around 500 Euros
As prodelin dish is very costly people use these metal dishes
