Advice Needed - Missing Radio Channels on Astra 19.2

My Satellite Setup
Technisat [ TechniBox HD VA ] Receiver for TNT SAT reception
Dual LNB set up for Astra 19.2 & Hotbird Satellite 13 degrees
My Location
East Cheshire
Hello ,
I have recently renewed my TNT SAT after it expired a few months ago , my receiver is a Technisat TNT Sat receiver - model Technibox HD VA
I carried out a scan of the German Radio channels as I noticed that many had disappeared for some unknown reason.
After the scan (Screenshot attached I clicked on the Done section thinking that all the radio stations all 133 of them as shown would be saved
but this wasn't the case , despite three further attempts the screen shows that after the scan there are radio stations available but the receiver doesn't
want to save them?
All the German language TV Stations have been saved but not the radios , I don't know if anyone has come across this problem before but if anyone
has any suggestions I would be grateful for your advice.
My set up is a dual LNB 70cm dish for Astra 19.2 and the Hotbird Sat.

This old receiver is most likely not able to process HE-AAC, an audio codec mostly used in Germany for satellite-radio.

It's strange as the scan managed to locate the following stations -
Radio Horeb and RTL Radio on 12,603 H , Klassik Radio on 12,460 , DLF Stations on 11,953 H and stations on 12,148 h
The screen shows that the receiver has located the ARD Station bouquets but doesn't actually save them , as you say probably
because this receiver is unable to process the codec for these particular stations.

This is a sat provider STB.
Imagine what would happen if the receiver saves radio-channels that it is not able to process.
A tsunami of support questions would be the result.

Radio Horeb and RTL Radio on 12,603 H , Klassik Radio
all use mpg audio. ARD use HE-AAC.
