Advice needed to access German TV

I am looking for some advice as what I require to view German TV channels, specifically this one (http://www.lyngsat.com/tvchannels/de/Passion.html).

I already have a PC with one of these cards (http://engl.technotrend.eu/2764/TT-budget__S2-3200.html) which is working successfully with the free-to-air channels on Astra 19.2E. Can you please advise me as to what else I will need to buy or do.

Although I have been accessing free-to-air channels for a number of years, I am new to encrypted ones, so please forgive my ignorance!

Any advice would be appreciated.

Looks like you need a Sky Germany subscription. Its encrypted as part of their package.
