I recently ordered something from WoS and then received several progress report emails. Then, each time I logged in to follow up on one of those emails, I found that I was apparently then in the process of ordering ANOTHER one of the same thing as that had "magically" appeared in my Shopping Cart, and so I had to deliberately delete it!
I know that sales staff/software need to be "pro-active" but this is taking that approach just a little TOO far!
(PS: I have raised a Ticket with them, but, until they fix this issue, be careful or you might find yourself buying more than you wanted!)
