Unfortunately you have not really given enough information as to what you were doing at the time you lost them, thus it will be difficult to determine the cause of your problems.
What exactly happened?, when did this appear as a problem, what kind of dish do you have? what satellite was it pointing at?

The only channels you can really get with a patched Technomate is the Digi TV package on 1W, which haven't changed keys since 01/04/09.
