I would say this is an impossible question to answer as the situation can change daily or hourly!

Also the equipment you own and how experience you are will have a factor.

Some of the providers use different systems on different satellites and may be OK on some but not others.

Anyone else want to chip in?

Packages that come to mind are:

TPS (13E)

Polsat (13E)

Canal Satellite France (19E) - only channels in Via 2.3 (i.e. NO PREMIUM CHANNELS)

UPC (19E) - apparently open on a Pentacard VR3

TV Cabo (30W)

Media Park (30W)

Bear in mind however, that TPS & TV Cabo are shortly moving to scure encryptions...

Plus, there are rumours going around about a Nagravision 2 Digital + hack (see http://www.satellites.co.uk/php-bin/forum/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=46840 for more information).

So this list may change in the near future...

Regards
Matthew.
