Amazonas 4 reception problem

Hi, I need urgently a strong HELP ;
I setup my dish to get 4Amazonas 61W satellite, I'm living in Asuncion Paraguay
latitude : -25,276527 Longitude : - 57,60734
Dish setup True Azimut 362 ° ; Magnetic Azimut 366,22° Dish Elevation : 60,2 ° LBN Skew -7,2 °
I've got Az America Champions receiver with the following setup
Satellie 4 AMAZONAS 61W
Transponder 11382/H/28888/3/4
Frecuency LBN Universal
22KHz Auto
DiSEq C Type....................LNB1
DiSEq C 1.1.......................None
Motor Mode.....................None
Tuner Select .....................Tuner 1
Scan Mode .......................all channels
The big problem is the frozen of image every 3 or 4 minutes the image froze for almost 30 or 40 seconds
I?m very beginning in the satellite matter and I dont know how to solve this problem.
I need Help !!! Would you like so kinde to help me or send this post to everyone that can give me an help directly,

11382 is an encrypted transponder which makes it likely that your problem isn't due to your dish but more likely how you are viewing the channel.
Are you using an official card, or an illegal method, of viewing these channels?

I'm very new about this, I really dont know I bought the dish the coaxial cable the AZAMERICA Champions receiver, and a guy install all thing, I only pay the recepit, but in these country there is a very big problem to verify if is original or counterfait,
if you say this I'm thinking that may be in Not an Official card. Olso if you buy a Rolex whatch in Py you have always a doubt if is true or fake !!!

How can find if is official or not, or more how can I solve the problem ,please ?

The videos make it look like you're card sharing, that's illegally viewing a package, without a subscription, which can affect viewing, in the way you describe.
If you had a subscription card you could remove it, from the receivers card slot, and check with Movistar to see if it's genuine.
If you are illegally viewing then all you can do is complaiu to whoever you've paid, usually a card server comapny, and hope that they can fix the problem.
