I wonder why AMC-14 has moved from around 35E to 29.5E

Now before anyone comes up with any crackpot ideas about transmitting tv to Europe or elsewhere - forget them now.

The Russkies botched the 2008 launch badly and left her stranded in a hopeless orbit. 6 months of firing the onboard thrusters at specific parts of the orbit got her to the geostationary arc, but shes over 15 degrees inclined and at 35E was used by the Yankee war machine for comms into Afghanistan & Iraq
 
AMC-14 was positioned at 34.5 East.
Arabsat 2B also left 34.0 East around the same time (approaching 26 East in 2 days)
These together made me suspicious Arabsat might want to put "something" soon on 34.5 East, the position they claim.
Or, it's all just a coincidence again!

By the way, newer mind the transponders at Flysat, the current ones are all different, see qwer's and my posts on dishworld.de.
