Amiko XFinder : no signal

Who else of you has an X Finder from Amiko with this message: no signal and cannot enter the menu.

I have such a device but have no problems with it.
I now have S/W version 1.1.93 installed from 2016.

I don't see that screen after: no signal with mine.

I don't know what else to tell you, except to try (re)installing firmware

If only I could go into the menu of the amiko, but I can't access it because it doesn't respond via the menu button. Do any of you know how I can get there.
