1mt dish with hotbird 13eand astra 4a (sirius) 5e with diseq

paphos, cyprus
well ive had fun today! i got sirius (4.8e) at 100% lock, hotbird (13e)at 80%lock and nilesat (7w) at 100% lock the other side to hotbird. NO sign of 4w! its getting on my nerves! i was using an old lnb and i hope thats the cause. any ideas anyone?? looking at the dish, i have done as below:
7w
4.8e
13e

somewhere between 4.8e and 7w surely must be what im looking for right?

Are you trying for a suitable frequency from 4W? You will need to use one of the Middle eastern beam frequencies.

4W should be about an lnb width inboard from the 7W position.

Just to inform you guys if still interested for amos 4w european beam, we tested it in east limasssol with a friend's 1.8m prime focus famaval and an invacom single 0.3db working fine. Receiver is a dm500s, not the best for fringe reception but signal is unbreakable all day long.
