My Satellite Setup
Master Focus 90cm .Gigablue UHD Quad 4K on TM 2600 motor. *Tm 5402 HD M3, *Atemio Nemesis. *Not Used.

I managed to put in the dvd and hard drive into my new DM 8000 but I must admit ity takes some getting used to. Still scanning satellites and for some reason I do a search on a single transponder and it comes up with a list of sites but when I do a search for the satellite it comes up with nothing. Compared to my TM 6800Hd it appears to be more sensitive and its taking some figuring out. Somehow it picks up several sats with the dish in the same position. But it makes for an interesting day. :)
 
Its not really picking up more than one sat in the same position. All that's happening is that its picking up frequencies that are common to more than one satellite.

The receiver doesn't really know where the dish is pointed, you tell it where its pointed when you select a satellite to scan.
 
Thanks. Ok that means I am making a right mess of it. Yet it shows a different sat without the dish moving. Scanning appears to be more fidly on the DM than on the TM 6800HD, but its probaly me.
