Customer with an old 40" version of their TV, they claim M40157GB and the remote went walkabout a while ago so I can't tell what it would look like
The nearest model is M4057 - GB as per the operating manual as below

which ties in as it also has the three HDMI sockets, side panel buttons and floor stand is similar.
