Another Viasat question.

Hi all,
My 1.1 dish is now spot on with 4.8 and im picking up 500 channels on good strengh. I can only watch fta type channels but when i try to watch Viasat xtra pl at 3pm it just says scrambled channel, same with the other sport channels.
My server is supplying these channels so i'm a bit stuck???
Any ideas? Thanks

Had the dish and signal checked with a sat man out the yellow pages and he tested and said its spot on.

What do you mean by "my server"? Are you referring to participation in a Commercial Card Share?

Dish size seems about right for location and as you've had it checked for alignment, I suggest the problem lies with your provider / server........ of which cannot be discussed on open forum.

A common problem with overloaded card shares. If you want guaranteed service buy a subscription.

Or get a card that others would want to share with you.

I get those channels on an 85cm about 5 miles from you so its not your dish thats the problem
