Is there any good positioner working with actuator 36 inches and moves dish size 3m?

I used a positioner primesat with that dish and actuator shows error but with dish 180 cm and actuator size 24 inches work well .

Not the friendliest of things to drive but the Research Concepts ones should do the job. This seller may still have some: RC2000 dual axis antenna controller

Since you already have a positioning box, you could make a 'power up' adapter with just a few components, one or two relays, a couple of capacitors and a few wires.

Although a bit dated, the Pansat ap600 or ap3500 would move that dish effortlessly.
