Any info about the ***card?

As an personal curiosity i would like to know if the wellknown "***card" of the years 2001 - 2002 is still working at this moment, or if the banks have changed the procedures of the withdrow from the *** machines...If the "***card" is still working what kind of harware do you need to buy apart the readers and writters of the smart cards and what kind of software do you need apart the ******** pack?

It's one thing to discuss the obtaining of the occasional bit of free satellite TV, but as far as I'm concerned, the discussion of methods to steal from A T Ms or bank accounts is not acceptable.
