ok, here goes...i`ve got a matrix reloaded cam, a blue titanium card, Technomate reciever & a phoenix programmer. A certain kind expert has taught me to programme my card so that i can recieve movie channels on 1W. On every channel, after about 25/30 seconds, it freezes then "not running or scrambled" appears. I`ve never updated my cam (never known how or even if i needed to) and was wondering if this could be the problem. Just lately there`s been so many key changes but i`m now able to do this myself and as i can actually get these channels i think i`m doing it correctly. Maybe updating my cam would resolve the problem...any ideas guys. Many thanks.
 
....Also, someone suggested that it may be my dish moving slightly in the wind but i know thats not the case.
