Any solution for Anytime+ ERROR 91

I have a three box multi-room subscription. One of the boxes is a Thomson an which Anytime is not activated. The other two are Amstrad DRX890s. I have activated Anytime on my mysky account and it has appeared on the two boxes. Once a download starts it works fine, but when browsing the categories, programme lists etc I regularly get a message saying "Sky Anytime+ is currently unavailable Please try later" with a 91 in the corner. This happens on both boxes. If a download is in progress I can see it is continuing from the lights flashing on the router. Sky have told me to reload the software on the boxes which I have done. This solved the problem for about a minute and then it returned.

Any ideas please?
