Any solution for MODEL ID IS NOT MATCHED

Hi there,

I am trying to update my receiver STARCOM SR-X120 D Plus almost for a month but without success. Before cleaning the old software it was version 7.00.

Now when I plug it in the mains I can only read on receivers' display Er07. I cannot turn it ON/OFF on the boton, see anything on TV......... etc.
Again, I cleaned it last night using EMUpgrade programme V 2.11 after which I could read on the computer UPGRADE COMPLETE but then when I try to download the software into the receiver through the cable RS 232 using the same program when I turn it OFF and then ON the message on the computer reads MODEL ID IS NOT MATCHED. I tried the same with softwere version V7, M2, M1 from website www.satsw.com but the result/message is always the same.
Any suggestion why this is hapenning and advise if I can or how to solve this problem.

Dear Bogbog2,this file is only used for the version 7.If your receiver's hardware version is 7 you can use it.
