Any web designers in the house?

I've been running a small time online business for just under a year. I'm doing okay, but one thing that irritates me is the look of my website.

In my view it doesn't look professional enough. I have seen a couple of other websites (not owned by me) that I would like mine to look like (not copy). I approached a couple of website designers, told them what I wanted, and they both said, 'why don't you have this?'

I basically turned round and said, 'look, you have not listened to what I said. I what my website to look like these two here. Not what you're offering.' Their reluctance to accept what I want meant to me that they're just selling stock templates. U-zzz

I want it designed my way. :D

So, in short, does anyone know a good website designer who's kinda cheap ( :D ), around about £100. All I want is a simple web site template designed to meet my needs, but above all it must look PROFESSIONAL. Maybe add a bit of flash. ;) I want him (or her) to do it. Then give me the template so I can upload it to my web space (already paid for).

Thanks in advance. :)

Whats the web address - its ok to post a link as long as its none click-able

This is mine:

Thanks for your kind interest and reply. But I think I have found a FREE web site here. They're pretty good quality. Not bad for nothing.

* I actually went to four web designers online. Only two replied, and both didn't have a clue. All they could offer was a stock template which was no use to me.

You don't get something for nothing. Found this on their site

"The price for removal of our backlinks is only 15 USD or 12 EUR"

Still, if it does the job that'd be a small price to pay.

Have a look here, there's plenty of choice.

I have used a couple of templates from this site. You can always play around with the style sheet to suit.

Code:
 www.freewebsitetemplates.com

Have you tryed Joomla? , its open source, there are open source ecommerce extensions like Virtuemart

Those monkeys that were writing Shakespeare sonnets need something to tide them over the Christmas season.
