Any " would be cooks " out there?

The wife is away at the moment, back in the good old UK, so have decided to try a new recipe, liver, bacon and onion Korma! Don´t know what it will taste like, but I love LBO and I love curry! Will advise what it tastes like later, if I survive the experiment!

Any one else got any " unconventional menus " !

Working from home, I cook almost every meal for us. The wife works in an office with late hours, so I have no choice... Plenty of recipe books on the shelf for "inspiration".

Thinking about it ( which I don´t do too often ) should have called this thread " Bachelor for two weeks " , hence hoping for the volcanic cloud from South America or the Russian rocket to interrupt air traffic to Spain to delay the return flight of the senior management!

That aside, tonight´s delight is going to be an old favourite from my childhood, " Chicken Supreme ", although it will be with chips as I´m " riced out " after the 2nd helping last night!
