Anybody here used Tunisat before

I'm looking at buying a new subscription card in the next month or so. i have been considering buying a card from Tunisat, but upto now i haven't found much info regarding them, like if they are legit or if any of their customers have had any major issues with them.

The only info i can find is that there is a company called Tunisat based in Basingstoke and thats pretty much it :eek:

If you've used them before i would like to know your thoughts before i part with any of my cash :D

Card for what channels ?
 
Digitalb movie card. There has been quite a few good films on there lately. Not interested in Football so the supersports or Gold card is a bit of a no brainer for me.
 
I got my Aljazeera Sport card from the guy, no problems, that's all I got. Lol
 
I have took the risk and bought a 3 month card for £59. I'll just wait and see if it comes now.

Paid for it by paypal so it should be ok if all goes wrong :D
 
Just as i thought, The guy that owns Tunisat Maher Regaieg has done nothing but messed me about.

First of all he doesn't reply to my emails for a week and then states hes waiting for new cards from Digitalb. A week later after more emails he then makes some bulls**t story saying that there has been an illness in his family.

After losing the will to live with all the waiting i ask him to cancel the order. After asking fro the cancellation he magically sends me a card which hasn't been activated nor will it activate after being in a Conax Cam and also in the card reader of my Ferguson Ariva which is setup for Conax by the manufacturer.

He apparently tells me that Digitalb have assured him that the card is active. The card has also obviously been used as there were marks on the chip which is left there by the reader, Since the card was only showing Preview entitlements that had run out i can only conclude that the card was not activated and never will be activated and is in fact an old card.

I have now had to start a claim with Paypal as i am no nearer to getting my money back even though the card has been returned back to him.

I for one would not recommend this company as all he has done up to now is to take my money and leave me with nothing.

I will keep everyone here informed of the progress of this claim.

F sake mate, I hate hearing about stories like this, bloody arseh*le, fingers and toes crossed for you mate.
 
What was so special about Tunisat over reputable businesses that sponsor this site ?

I take it the Paypal payment protection guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on

None of the sponsors do a 3 month Digitalb card. there are rumors going around that these cards will cease to work in the near future which i why i only wanted the 3 month card, as knowing my luck i would buy a 12 month card only for it to become unusable a month after buying it.

I have purchased stuff off most of the forum sponsors without issue and i will again, if they sell what i am looking for :D

The one thing i can say is that i won't be buying anything from Tunisat ever again :-shifty
